1. Professional Behavior
Staff must maintain a friendly, respectful, and courteous attitude at all times.
Personal emotions, disagreements, or stress should never affect guest interactions.
Use polite language, maintain a positive tone, and uphold the resort’s professional image.
2. Respect for Guests
Treat every guest with fairness, kindness, and patience.
Never argue with a guest—seek help from a supervisor when needed.
Protect guest privacy and personal information at all times.
Handle guest belongings with care and report any lost items immediately.
3. Teamwork & Respect for Colleagues
Cooperate with other staff members to deliver smooth, high-quality service.
Resolve disagreements respectfully and discreetly.
Support colleagues during busy periods and treat everyone with dignity.
4. Appearance & Personal Hygiene
Follow the resort uniform policy: clean, well-fitting, and properly maintained uniform daily.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
Avoid strong perfumes or colognes.
Hair should be neat; jewelry should be minimal and professional.
5. Punctuality & Attendance
Arrive on time for shifts, meetings, and training sessions.
Inform supervisors early if you will be late or absent.
Repeated lateness or unapproved absences will lead to disciplinary action.
6. Honesty & Integrity
Do not take any property belonging to guests, the resort, or colleagues.
Always report mistakes, losses, or incidents honestly.
Avoid accepting tips in ways that violate resort policy.
7. Confidentiality
Guest information, staff records, managerial decisions, and internal operations must remain confidential.
Do not share internal matters with outsiders or on social media.
8. Use of Social Media
Do not post photos of guests, guest areas, or internal operations without management approval.
Personal use of mobile phones should be limited and only allowed during breaks.
Staff should represent the resort positively online and offline.
9. Cleanliness & Safety
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
Do not engage in risky behavior or misuse equipment.
10. Responsible Use of Resort Property
Equipment, tools, utensils, and supplies must be used properly and only for work purposes.
Misuse or damage caused by negligence may result in corrective action.
11. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Tea Tree Resort prohibits:
Harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, emotional)
Discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or background
Theft, fraud, or dishonest behavior
Fighting, aggressive behavior, or intimidation
Alcohol or drug use during working hours
Bringing unauthorized guests into staff areas
Such behavior can result in immediate disciplinary action or termination.
12. Commitment to Guest Satisfaction
Always look for ways to exceed guest expectations.
Take ownership of issues and inform the relevant department quickly.

13. Environmental Responsibility
Conserve water, energy, and resources whenever possible.
Follow waste management procedures strictly.
